1. A half day at your preferred venue, in which we briefly revisit some of the theory, and then get straight down to business - on camera interviews with a trained journalist. $470/person, minimum of five

2. Unexpected door stops and phone calls at your work place, just to keep your skills honed. One of our clients has just signed up for this service, to span a six-month period.

$50 per person per month, over six months, minimum of five people

3. One-on-one refreshers for specified time frames, from two to six hours. $200 per hour, excluding journalist
